想請問各位有人了解"鍺"產品的效用嗎？因有人推薦我閱讀一本有關"鍺"的書籍。書中敘述這項金屬產品具有保健功效，例如，可以消除疲勞、痠痛、改善血液循環、人體磁場及消除電磁波之類的功效。我也的確看過有同事有配戴過鍺項練，但對於效果並沒有主動詢問，這東西真的具有保健效果嗎？網路上的資料覺得會不會只是廣告罷了。想問問各位有人使用過或正使用中的嗎？效果如何？謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.91.198
