標題[問題] 大公司和小公司?

大家好 最近剛離職 想要往行銷企劃的領域走 目前也接一些面試 可能因為上一間公司是大公司 所以我所接到的面試大多都是大公司(大約都800人以上) 大公司穩定 福利不錯 很適合找結婚對象(?) 但是總有一種小螺絲釘的感覺 大概這輩子就這樣~~~ 昨天去面試一間小公司 (10人左右)的行銷企劃 產品並非很新潮或超有競爭力的東西 不過該公司今年度想要成立一個新品牌 如果我進去當行銷 很有機會扛下這個責任 甚至可以學習到如何帶人 感覺挑戰性很大 薪水OK 福利和年終不怎樣 我在工作上比較重視是能力提升 視野拓展 人脈開發 職位升遷的高低反而不太是重點 前公司讓我深深覺得職位不等於能力 我在30歲有打算再換一次工作 小公司的offer機率滿高的 所以如果確定我會想要主動爭取 大公司則是還有兩間要面試 但整個人有點心神不寧 不確定怎樣比較好 不曉得大家可否給我建議呢？ 謝謝:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.243.132.153 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1397113310.A.60B.html ※ 編輯: peachings (111.243.132.153), 04/10/2014 15:02:23
