清華大學昨晚召開論壇，邀請教授和學生，討論太陽花學運罷課所產生的引響及其正當性。教授彭明輝說出重話，痛批張慶忠「強姦全台灣兩千三百萬人民意」。

據《自由時報》報導，動力機械系教授彭明輝讚學運帶動台灣民主、啟發公民自覺；更痛批國民黨立委張慶忠「強姦全台灣兩千三百萬人民意」。教授王俊秀也表示，學生佔領的並非「立院那個空間」，而是「群眾的心靈」。(劉邠如／綜合報導)
