蝴蝶機充電問題+送修LINE備份

如題我的小蝴蝶今天如然出現充電問題

我用USB線+行動電源充電
以前可以的今天突然跑出慢速充電+要求使用HTC原廠

回家有爬文有看到網友說蝴蝶機會挑線!
所以回家我也用了HTC原廠充電器+插頭插著充電
但依然顯示慢速充電+使用原廠充電.....(淚奔)

我拿小蝴蝶已滿1年2個月
之前有過這樣問題但重插一次就OK了
因此我的蝴蝶是否該進廠維修一下.........檢查個電池

第二問題關於 LINE手機備份

例如: A手機的聊天紀錄備份之後可以從B手機匯入嗎?
(檔案太大無法傳至E-mail)
我有爬文據說可以把聊天紀錄抓到電腦再從電腦丟到手機
請問有哪位大大知道這個方法嗎小妹感激不盡!!!
