臉書罵「這一家都有病」　媳判罰3千

1名陳姓少婦(25歲)有婆媳問題，在臉書發文指稱，「他們這一家都有病」、「要X你娘回去X」等內容，婆控告公然侮辱，陳婦坦承犯行，但婆婆不撤告；新竹地院判陳女罰金3000元。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，判決書指出，陳婦去年1月10日深夜，在臉書動態消息公開留言「有部人生劇叫作（他們這一家都有病，連自住的家裡面都裝竊聽器外加針孔攝影機~~~是不是病得不輕）」，8天後又發文「無風不起浪~~~為了電話也能吵，真是吃飽太閒，要X你娘回去X，X到你爽，不要把我兒子嚇到哭好嗎？！」婆婆經女兒告知，憤而提告，家人撕破臉對簿公堂。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
