江揆：房價所得比應在10以下

今天新聞:

行政院長江宜樺今天說，大台北地區目前房價所得比約15倍，以他個人的期待，應壓到10倍以下。江宜樺說：『你如果問我個人期待的話，我會希望我們最後的房價所得比，能夠恢復到10以下。做為大台北地方以及其他大都會地區來說，我們不應該那麼高，除了我們講的住宅之外，還有很多其他不動產以及租稅的政策，可能要啟動。』

衷心期待江院長能實現承諾，讓這一輩台灣年輕人的未來，不要葬送在高房價的黑洞裡。讓勤奮工作的人安居樂業，讓投機炒作者無利可圖，這樣台灣才有希望。

貨幣工具，租稅工具，公共政策多管齊下，政府動起來，房價一定會下來。
