廢核團體昨晚持續占據忠孝西路，警方今天凌晨執行驅離，爆發數波肢體衝突，雙方現正僵持在監察院前。

數百名警力凌晨近3時在忠孝橋下集結後朝人群方向移動，警方以1輛指揮車搭配1水車為一組，共出動兩組，外加警備車，以優勢警力執行驅離行動，接近上午5時已將群眾驅趕至中山南路、忠孝西路交叉口。

逾百名群眾手牽手、手持木板靜坐路口，試圖抵抗警方驅離，高喊「停建核四，還權於民」，警方在四周部署層層警力，將靜坐民眾團團包圍；約5時許，在數波水柱帶動下，將抗議群眾拉離現場，爆發激烈衝突。

上午5時35分，數名鎮暴警察全副武裝衝往公投盟宣傳車，將車上擴音器電線拆除，引發群眾不滿；10分鐘後，鎮暴水車補給完畢，再度向靜坐群眾噴灑，執行另一波驅離行動。

過程中，救護車不斷來回穿梭，將受傷民眾送醫，警方也在哨聲指示下，在上午6時5分朝中山南路挺進，但群眾仍不斷抵抗，雙方現正僵持在監察院前。(中央社)
