中國網路公司發揮創意 迴避禁賭法規

中國網路公司與保險業者正發揮創意，設法迴避當局禁止賭博的法律限制，趁球迷簽注世界盃足球賽之際大撈一筆。

中國大陸禁止賭博，除非是公家辦的，或是收益捐給慈善機構。但科技巨擘阿里巴巴和騰訊今年與公營的地方彩券業者合作，讓彩迷也能上網押注於世足賽。

這兩家公司都推出智慧手機應用程式（App），在巴西世足賽開踢以來大受歡迎，據估計用這種App合法簽注的金額可望超過人民幣100億元 (16億美元)，遠超過2010年南非世足賽決賽時達到的人民幣23億元。另外，違法簽賭金額可能是此數的好幾倍。

騰訊與阿里巴巴都沒有經營博奕事業的特許執照，但作為地方運動彩券的線上平台，卻仍能賺取營收。

根據北京青年報報導，阿里巴巴在自家電子商務購物網站淘寶網的首頁大舉宣傳世界盃簽注，並從透過旗下網站簽注的賭金抽取7%的佣金。
