昨日與板友相約中華直營門市他續約我拿手機。事前已打過中華客服詢問附近五間門市，都沒有現貨但0800客服告知可以先續約，再拿手機客訂單，貨到另行通知可惜事與願違，到了門市續約時，門市人員說無法先續約提供客訂單 "但是" 門市人員告知可以 "先提前續約，先享受優惠" 之後再來門市辦理購買手機我們細問，如果手機到貨可以通知我們嗎? 門市人員回答 : 不會喔，你要自己前來門市購機，如果有現貨就直接銷售那我們先辦理這個約有什麼用啊!!!! 而且這樣的話，這個約到底是手機約還是什麼亂七八糟約?! 接著我們問門市人員，如果是至神腦門市辦理可以拿客訂單嗎? 門市人員回答 : 應該不行喔，因為我們系統是一樣的，沒有手機刷不出條碼不死心的我們打電話給鄰近的神腦門市神腦門市人員回答我們 : 可以提供客訂單喔! 可以提供客訂單喔! 可以提供客訂單喔! 可以提供客訂單喔! . . . . 當下立馬殺到神腦門市完成了先續約，拿客訂單的手續! 提醒大家，如果要辦手機續約，請到神腦門市阿!!! 不要跟我們一樣在直營門市耍寶... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.213.159
