【徐珮君／台北報導】中選會現任主任委員張博雅等6人的任期將至11月3日屆滿。行政院表示，依《中選會組織法》規定，於委員任期屆滿3個月前（102年8月3日）應辦理提名作業，政院已提名中選會主委張博雅、副主委劉義周及委員劉宗德、潘維大、陳國祥5人續任，另提名仉桂美為新任委員，接替現任委員蔡麗雪。

行政院表示，中選會新任委員提名時已考量政黨比例，符合「委員具有同一黨籍者，不得超過委員總數3分之1」的規定。新名單已函送立法院審查，期盼立院能儘早依法定程序完成審查。
