張鈞甯在台日合作電影《只要一分鐘》中，與黃金獵犬「里拉」對戲提早培養感情，自爆回家還會把自己的狗狗名字叫錯；愛狗的她聽聞近期的狂犬病新聞也十分憂心，呼籲大家不要隨意棄養或停止認養。
改編自日本同名小說的《只要一分鐘》，敘述一名成日埋首工作、以坐上總編輯寶座為人生目標的時尚雜誌編輯在一次偶然的機會裡，收養了即將被安樂死的黃金獵犬，進而衍伸一段割捨不掉的情感。
女主角張鈞甯為了與片中的狗主角－黃金獵犬里拉提早培養感情，開拍前一個月就進入寵物訓練場開始集訓，本來家中就有養狗的張鈞甯笑說，自己超入戲，連回到家都會把狗狗的名字叫錯，一度對著家中的小土狗叫里拉！而拍片現場里拉也表現出對戲中主人的好感情，只要見到張鈞甯，立即雙腳撲上撒嬌索抱，畫面相當溫馨可愛。

而每天與狗狗對戲相處的張鈞甯，聽聞近期的狂犬病新聞十分憂心，也呼籲所有家中養狗的主人們不要隨意棄養或停止認養，應該帶狗寶貝施打疫苗，千萬別因一時慌亂就讓無辜的狗狗失去溫暖的家。《只要一分鐘》由李崗監製、陳慧翎執導，集合張鈞甯、何潤東、丁春誠等俊男美女，預計8月底殺青，可望明年春天在日本、台灣兩地搶先上映。
