何江忠等三人抗告　高軍院：尚未裁定

【王烱華／台北報導】國防部高等軍事檢查署針對542旅副旅長何江忠以30萬元、連長徐信正以25萬元及上士范佐憲以20萬元的交保，向國防部最高軍事法院提出抗告，高軍院上午表示，目前仍在由合議庭閱券中，迄今尚未裁定。

高軍院表示，由於本案相關巻證達20多宗，目前正由高軍院合議庭成員閱巻中，將針對原裁定的認定與適用法律加以審查，等合議庭評議後，裁定結果將儘速通知原審軍事法院。
