洪案激情 郁慕明：應反思是否太噬血

陸軍下士洪仲丘之死引爆25萬白衫軍上街，軍方成為眾矢之的。曾是軍系立委的新黨黨主席郁慕明直言，國軍經此一打擊，「十年內軍隊起不來，軍心完全瓦解」。他提醒社會反思，看待洪案是否過於噬血，一個軍隊如果真的嚴格操練，「當兵只會肌肉愈結實，不會胖30公斤」；洪案曝露的是國軍軍令不彰，訓練不嚴，而不是太嚴格。

他強調，「冰凍三尺非一日之寒」，洪案凸顯的是國軍義務役役期從三年、兩年，變成一年、十個月後，義務役根本沒有被訓練到就要退伍。洪案之後，大家要追究的應是國軍是否應改革？若要改革，就要從戰略思維到戰術訓練，都必須嚴格要求。
