軍事冤案委員會名單運作要點核定

行政院長江宜樺13日核定公布軍事冤案申訴委員會名單。多年關注軍中人權的黃媽媽入列，委員會將於最近掛牌運作，委員會設立之日起，追溯期20年內的軍事冤案，現役軍人服役期間死亡或失蹤，其配偶、直系血親或2親等旁系血親都可提出冤案申訴。

為回應社會各界及白衫軍的訴求，江宜樺宣示成立「軍事冤案申訴委員會」，主要任務包括主動清查過濾國防部曾受理陳情的軍事冤案，及接受申訴的軍事冤案。據了解，為避免受理案件時間過於冗長，行政院設定半年為任務完成期。
