洪仲丘案發生後，導致國軍士氣低迷，9日上午接近九點左右，一名穿著憲兵軍服的二兵突然從軍事地方法院衝出到大門口，對著記者大喊快救我出去。
根據TVBS新聞報導，為了避免再有官兵因為壓力太大，產生脫序行為，泰山憲訓中心有單位長官趁著10日休假，帶憲兵一起到水上樂園釋放壓力。
國防部表示，目前正在安排辦理團康活動，帶阿兵哥去風景區、遊樂園走走。國防部軍事發言人羅紹和表示：「政戰局已經有在規劃一些活動，用週末假日到一些風景區去疏散身心。」
北部軍事看守所曾姓士兵9日上午9時許突然到八德軍事院檢營區大門，向媒體記者表示將遭殺害，並對著媒體喊「救命」說有人要殺他，情緒顯有異常。不過對於記者問他的姓名、服役多久，他一概回答不知道、忘記了。
國防部表示，該單位當天上午已將該二兵送醫，並派員陪同家屬到醫院瞭解病情，經醫師初步診療後，家屬已同意曾員住院治療。
