竹苗外海頻閃電　鄭明典：對流發展旺盛

【綜合報導】潭美颱風逼近，中央氣象局預報主任鄭明典，今天在臉書貼了一張約今早8時的閃電監測雲圖，並表示，「新竹、苗栗邊界往外海一帶閃電頻率不低，表示對流發展旺盛。」
 
鄭明典說，「其實颱風環流內也常可以偵測到閃電，只是颱風環流內風大 雨大，在地面不容易察覺雷電現象而已」。
