知識+的一些問題(我是初學者)

我加入知識+還沒滿一個月，點數就已經到557點，這樣是多還是少?

我知道有些發問者選最佳解答的原因多多少少會受到回答者有沒有使用HTML精靈的影響，我並不是說自己的回答有多好多好，畢竟我也才初學者，但是發問者如果只看它的顏色比較多，或字體比較漂亮，這樣是不是很不合理?

還有一次，我回答一個問題(已解決，我不是最佳回答)，有另一個回答者比我慢回答(他也不是最佳解答)，他回答確實是自己打的，但是後來補充的回答卻完完全全複製貼上我的答案，參考資料還寫說:"這樣是比較清楚啦"，我快氣炸了，而且已經檢舉，但是一直沒有收到客服中心的來信，為什麼?那個回答者會被扣點數嘛?

以上是我加入知識+以後有的一些小問題，希望各位有經驗的前輩們能解答我的疑惑，謝謝。
