俄羅斯一直是敘利亞的堅定盟友，美國想要對付敘利亞後俄羅斯在中東影響力就沒有了美國上過伊朗政權的當扣留美國大使館人員援救人質潰敗伊朗不好對付並非易事，所以中國和俄羅斯也不會讓美國得逞對付日本中國和俄羅斯的戰略聯手突破美國圍堵。
