災損評估系統 快算復原經費

國家實驗研究院今天發表「台灣台洪災損評估系統」，這個系統可在災害發生之後，快速提供各地損失相關資訊，準確度可達80%以上，對於災後復原所需經費、人力和補助措施等，可以供參考依據，讓政府可以提升復原效率。

另外，這個系統也可以分析防洪工程帶來的效益比，在工程施工之前，就能計算這個工程能減少的災害損失，讓國家能規畫最有效率的防洪工程，把錢花在刀口上。

國研院表示，這套系統可幫助政府災前預防、災後快速復原，希望能成為守護台灣的重要利器。
