南市查清明食品　3件含防腐劑

清明連假將近，台南市政府衛生局為讓消費者安心過清明節，近日前往傳統市場、超市和大賣場等處抽驗清明應景食品，包括豆芽菜、潤餅皮、米製品和豆干等共60件，今天下午出爐抽樣結果，有4件檢出不符合規定，分別是糯米腸、米苔目和豆干等3件被檢出含有防腐劑，而豆干絲1件則被檢出含有過氧化氫。
 
衛生局說明，此次60件食品檢驗項目分別有防腐劑、硼砂、二氧化硫、著色劑(皂黃)、過氧化氫和衛生標準等項目。4件不合格產品全來自傳統市場，衛生局派員要求業者下架回收，並持續追查源頭供應廠商，之後將依違反食品安全衛生管理法處3萬元以上300萬元以下罰鍰。（李恩慈／台南報導）
