又是日劇《魔女的條件》翻版？一名任職於某國中的29歲數學女老師，被爆料在幾年前任職時，和班上一名年僅14歲的國三男生陷入熱戀，不但當眾在街上擁吻，毫不在意別人眼光，甚至還帶著男學生上賓館開房間，事後師生戀曝光遭到解雇。女師控告校方違法解聘，但她因涉及和未成年少年性交，2日遭到起訴。

檢方的起訴書表示，該名29歲的李姓女老師，11年9月到新北市一所國中任教數學，與班上一名國三男學生暗生情愫。李女因外貌清秀且氣質出眾，而少年則是身高約180公分，對李女一見傾心，展開熱烈追求，李女則是忍不住誘惑而和少年交往。

之後2人毫不避諱出雙入對，常一同逛夜市、共撐一把傘，還在車內擁吻，甚至李女還2度帶著少年上賓館，讓少年嘗禁果「轉大人」。根據《自由時報》報導，這段師生戀很快在學校流傳，有人向校方檢舉，學校召開性平會，李女坦承師生戀，遭到校方決議解聘，但李女認為有瑕疵，向校方提出行政訴訟，行政法院判決校方要給付訴訟期間，李女應該得的2年薪資。

但校方提出告訴，主動告發李女曾坦承與少年發生性行為，涉及妨害性自主，但李女在開庭時否認，性平會則提出會議記錄，檢方在2日對李女起訴。
