（中央社華盛頓2日綜合外電報導）美國最高法院今天同意，捐贈者可以無限制捐贈政治獻金給候選人、政黨與政治團體。路透社報導，這將讓大咖金主進一步影響美國選舉。

原本法律規定，捐贈者2年內捐贈金額有上限，最高法院這項判決，則是取消這項限制。

原本規定，選舉時，金主捐贈獻金給單一候選人，只能捐2600美元；可以捐給很多位候選人，但總額不能超過4萬8600美元。

最高法院以5比4通過這項判決後，選舉時，一位候選人，只能捐2600美元的規定不變；但捐贈給多位候選人的總金額4萬8600美元的限制取消，換句話說，只要有意願，金主可以捐獻金給所有候選人。

捐給全國性與地方政治團體7萬4600美元上限的規定也取消，捐贈金額可以無上限。

上述這兩種捐贈金額合計12萬3200美元，這個限制也取消。（譯者：中央社何世煌）1030403
