歐洲央行決議利率按兵不動

歐洲央行（ECB）3日決議把基準利率維持在0.25%的歷史低點不變，一如市場預期，儘管近來歐元區通膨大幅減緩。

同時，歐洲央行宣布隔夜存款利率維持在零不變、邊際貸款利率（緊急貸款利率）也保持在0.75%不變。

利率決策出爐後，歐元應聲攀升0.05%至1.3774歐元兌1美元。
