　　LEVEL 5 宣佈，將於 2014 年 7 月 10 日推出 N3DS 版 RPG 新作《妖怪手錶元祖／本家》（妖怪ウォッチ2 元祖／本家），售價各為 4,968 日幣。

　　本作為 2013 年 7 月推出的《妖怪手錶》續作，並分成「元祖」與「本家」兩個版本，主角所住的城市建築物及登場妖怪種類大幅增加，還將有新角色加入演出，讓冒險樂趣也倍增。實體版還將獨家內附超稀有「吉胖喵」（ジバニャン）妖怪勳章。

　　另外，凡購入首作 N3DS 版《妖怪手錶》的玩家還可與特別版的小狛（コマさん）及土龍（ツチノコ）成為好朋友。
