逾期居留外籍男 打人遭逮送辦

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄1日電）申請來台工作及居留許可的澳洲籍男子，涉嫌在商圈毆打一對大學生後逃逸，高雄市警方今天循線逮捕，並查出他逾期居留送辦。

高雄市警察局新興分局調查，這名澳洲籍男子涉嫌於4月20日在高雄市新堀江商圈，毆打與女友逛街的石姓大學生，並將對方手機毀損後逃逸。

警方獲報調閱現場監視器畫面，查出是民國101年7月以觀光名義來台並申請工作及居留許可的澳洲籍男子，他曾在高雄市一家外語補習班任職，隨後離職以打零工維生，但居留期限已逾期。

警方鎖定他回到左營區的租屋處後查緝，他向警方供稱是因對方先撞上他，才情緒失控出手打人。

警詢後，全案依傷害、毀損、逾期居留等罪嫌送辦。1030501
