求救,樂天中文訂房網訂房後如何確認?

已經在樂天中文訂房網訂了 super hotel 上野御徒町
目前訂房的紀錄已經是 "訂房受理完畢"，還沒有預定成功
因為想自己在e-mail給super hotel確認訂房
但去官方網站都找不到e-amil adress..

因為我4/24就訂房了，目前也一周，不知道到底有沒有訂到房間

謝謝大家的解惑了!!
