2G系統一定要停嗎？

一、為什麼其他國家可以做到2G、3G、4G都可以共存，但為何我們的電信業者，卻一定要停掉2G換3G、4G？一定要讓業者多賺月租費嗎？
二、不管是那裡，總是家中有長輩都只接電話，而不用網路，就算用網路也是用WiFi，那有那一家電信業者，願意保留2G系統的存續？

註：2G系統執照，依目前規定僅展延到106年6月
