Bing跟進谷歌 歐用戶可提撤連結

（法新社舊金山16日電） 在歐洲法院一項保護裁決下，微軟今天跟進谷歌（Google），將讓歐洲使用者得以提出要求，讓與使用者有關的連結在自家搜尋引擎Bing上消失。

Bing指出：「這項資訊有助我們在保護言論自由和資訊自由下，思考個人隱私及公眾利益間的平衡。這與歐洲法律規範一致。」

Bing表示：「因此，提出請求不代表某個搜尋結果會遭封鎖。」

提出這項請求的用戶必須證明自身身分，是否為政治人物或名人等公眾人物，也必須指出用戶希望在Bing上消失的資訊是過時、有誤、不完整或不適切。（譯者：中央社蔡佳伶）
