猴子自拍照沒版權？攝影師告維基

如果一隻猴子拿相機自拍，這張自拍照的著作權該算誰的？是相機主人、猴子、還是不屬於任何人？

2001年，攝影師大衛史雷特（David J Slater）前往印尼，為瀕臨絕種的黑冠獼猴拍攝一系列照片。拍到一半，一隻獼猴突然搶走史雷特的攝影器材開始把玩，還拿起相機自拍。

維基百科認為，由於按下快門的是猴子，所以這些照片的著作權不屬於任何人，但史雷特則並不同意。

史特雷6日痛斥維基百科免費分享這些照片，影響了他的生計與收入。現在史雷特正準備要控告維基百科。
