溫泉社區弊案　工務處長10萬元交保

麗寶建設集團旗下麗源建設公司在基隆開發社區，原遭基隆市府否決的溫泉井，今年初卻「死後復活」，基隆地檢署懷疑過程不法，昨指揮廉政署約談麗寶董事長吳寶田、副總經理何昭宏、基隆市工務處長李銅城等8人，吳訊後請回，何、李與承辦科員等3人移送基檢。
 
今天凌晨1時許，歷經7小訊問，基隆市工務處長李銅城涉及《貪汙治罪條例》圖利罪嫌，以10萬元交保。面對媒體採訪，李銅城滿臉倦容表示，「你們都知道我的為人，今天只是來配合調查。」頻頻向媒體說道謝，在工務處職員陪伴下，先行搭計程車離去；另位列被告的陳姓科員，則以5萬元交保。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
