北約組成「旅級」快速反應部隊

北約（NATO）秘書長拉斯穆森1日指出，北約組成4千名部隊的「箭頭」快速反應部隊，能夠在48小時內派上用場，使北約聯軍「配合度更高、更快速且更有彈性」。

他表示，這支部隊能夠在「非常短的通知時間內」完成準備，「對需要空中、海上及特殊部隊增援的地方進行反應」；能夠輕裝運動，但能發揮強大的打擊力；「這表示一旦有需要，北約便能陳兵東境」。

官員們說，這支部隊是個「旅級」單位，約4千人，由北約各盟國的部隊以「輪番」的形式組建。

另外北約還計劃將東歐及波羅的海沿岸各國的機場、港口等設施提高功能，隨時能處理北約的大規模軍事行動。
