維護中秋疏運安全 公總加強檢查

中秋節連續假期即將到來，交通部公路總局自明天起至9月9日共計五天，實施旅客疏運計畫，並已要求客運業者加強車輛檢修及人員管理，且於日前責成監理機關派員前往主要業者進行抽查，以確保疏運順暢。

公路總局4日表示，今年中秋節假期已協調公路汽車客運業加派班次疏運旅客，預計每日平均開行2萬6,032個班次，可疏運53萬3,000人次。其中，國道5號尖峰實施大客車專用道，公路客運往返台北及宜蘭將可節省20～40分鐘的行車時間，為此，相關業者已備足每日至少2,200班次的運能，尖峰時段機動加開班車。
