環南市場改建 今啟動滅鼠大作戰

台北市環南市場將改建，預計月底先拆除舊家禽市場進行第1階段工程，為避免因拆除時導致市場內的老鼠亂竄，甚至跑至社區住家，北市市場處委託環保公司在今天下午3點起進行滅鼠大作戰，將準備2千4百片黏鼠板及誘鼠餌，同時在水溝以鐵絲網圍堵，塗抹辣味或苦味的忌避劑，藉此防堵老鼠跑出市場，市場處表示，此次至少要捕捉600隻老鼠，月底才改建有望。
 
環南市場攤商約有1300家，但建物老舊，今年終將改建，由於鼠患問題嚴重，改建一度停擺，市場處與環保局在中元節3天抓到200隻老鼠，但經觀察仍發現「鼠輩」眾多，市場處委託廠商泰立環保公司進行滅鼠，由於明、後天市場將休市，廠商將從今午3點起進場，在環南市場4棟大樓及舊家禽市場擺上2千4百片黏鼠板及鼠餌等。
 
北市市場處副處長許玄謀表示，此次滅鼠若能於40分鐘在8個觀測點，發現低於5隻老鼠，或是全市場捉到600隻，就算達到老鼠密度降低的標準，若達成目標標，本月底就可拆除舊家禽市場，再進行後續整建工作。（林媛玲／台北報導）
