標題[心得] 失業補助與掛名工作

前陣子被公司資遣了。公司也開了證明要我去申請失業補助金。那份工作只做了一年，在那之前沒工作都靠兼職在賺錢，因為兼職沒勞健保，所以之前有找朋友掛名在他公司下保勞健保。結果今天去申請，承辦小姐說我還有工作（掛名那份）所以不能申請。如果我請朋友那幫我退保，也不能用正式工作的那份薪資申請失業補助。掛名工作想當然是用最低薪資在投保。跟正式工作差很多。唉...顧此失彼。有在別人那掛名的要記得我的教訓。我失業補助有扶養小孩，也有身障手冊，有70% 九個月能申請。差不多有3X萬就這樣沒了。悲慘....現在沒工作，朋友那也幫我退保了。找工作比較實在 Orz... -- http://averywu.pixnet.net/blog/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 60.251.237.155 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1414579972.A.780.html
