SONY C3的手機 為何無法使用PLAY商店??

我最近買了SONY C3的手機

前幾天完還可以從 PLAY商店 抓程式來玩

但過沒幾天 也許是按到什麼設定 我不確定

就再也抓不到 PLAY商店的東西了

進入PLAY商店後 點選我要的程式後 就發現藍色長條的線 一直向右跑

但永遠跑不完 程式永遠抓不到 就連抓最基本的憤怒鳥 WHATAPP 都沒辦法

請高手救一下 謝謝
