京都IVY不知該抉擇那家?

這次要帶1對新婚夫妻和1對2大2小的家庭去京都，本想訂五条IVY(離京都車站最近，想說有8歲和1歲半的小朋友，要去大阪的話比較方便)但這家IVY沒有四人房…
現正在考慮一条IVY和西陣IVY，想問住過的大大們:

1 京都旅中，約有2日會往大阪，那家比較適合?
2 一条IVY的六人房很新，那二人房呢?比較二人房的話，那家比較好(新婚夫妻)?
3 看距離均離清水寺超遠，有試過騎單車前往嗎?
4 8歲與1歲半的小朋友，IVY有提供單車親子座嗎?
5 那家隔音比較好呢?擔心1歲半小朋友吵到他人，也被吵到…
6 官網上的價格是否要再加上5%稅金?
7 8歲小朋友也是計1人價，單車也是嗎?
