阿里債上市首日短線投資削翻

彭博報導，中國大陸電子商務龍頭阿里巴巴80億美元的發債量買氣爆棚，上市首日漲幅寫下長天期債券之最，讓炒短線的投資人海撈將近1150萬美元。

據金融業監管局（Financial Industry Regulatory Authority）旗下的債券報價系統Trace指出，紐約時間下午1時20分，阿里巴巴7億美元票面利率4.5%、2034年到期債券比發行價勁揚1.5美分，至每1美元面值報100.9美分，殖利率達4.43%，為投資人帶來近1050萬美元進帳。

據Trace資料顯示，阿里巴巴債券是今天交投最活絡的債券。

費城詹尼蒙哥馬利史考特公司（Janney Montgomery Scott LLC）企業信用分析師勞瑞（Jody Lurie）接受電訪表示：「每當有如此大宗的交易時，總有一些投資人炒短線。」

阿里巴巴這次發債共分6批，擠進今年最大的發債案之林。總部位在大陸杭州的阿里巴巴9月才籌資250億美元，締造空前最大規模的新股發行。阿里巴巴13日表示，這次發債所得將用於為現有信貸工具再融資。
