馬英九總統姊姊馬以南今天上午到基隆市，為國民黨基隆市長候選人謝立功掃街拜票，雖然下著小雨，但馬以南與謝立功一起站上車子掃街拜票，所到之處受到民眾歡迎。馬以南說，謝立功是一個負責認真的人，是很好的市長，國民黨有需要，她就會出來，她有信心謝立功會贏得選舉。

馬以南用手比出1號手勢，要大家支持1號謝立功，並希望大家快樂地選舉。
