台北有那裡可以牛仔褲改褲襠

因買一件牛仔褲很喜歡
但因為他有些9分褲長有點短
我又因小腿卡住無法往上拉看起來很腿短
然後因為他是做寬鬆版所以褲當很長是高腰的
是否可以將褲襠多餘的地方改短改成低腰
再將多餘的褲襠空間改成褲管讓褲管變長

請問有辦法嗎? 又有人知道台北哪可以這樣修改呢
