法務部不予扁保外就醫陳菊抗議

法務部長羅瑩雪表示前總統陳水扁健康狀況未達保外就醫標準，高雄市長陳菊今天表達嚴正抗議。

陳菊表示，陳水扁健康已經亮起紅燈，榮總等醫療團隊均已多次提出專業建議陳水扁應該居家療養，法務部未尊重醫界的專業判斷，也漠視民間的呼聲，不但有損臺灣人權國家的聲譽，也令人不禁懷疑馬政府拒絕讓陳水扁保外就醫是基於不當的政治考量。

陳菊強調，將在最快時間內協同民進黨中央及立院黨團，繼續就陳水扁保外就醫一事採取更進一步的聲援行動。
