西門雙屍槍擊案警掌握槍手身分

經台北市警方追查，涉嫌在本周二犯下峨眉停車場雙屍槍擊案的槍手，是現年38歲、綽號「福哥」的男子陳福祥。據了解，陳13年前因涉及槍枝買賣遭通緝，台北少年隊逮到他後羈押在台北看守所；但他被借提前往青年公園附近一家紅茶店追查槍枝、毒品時，同夥用滅火器攻擊員警，劫囚成功並分跳上二輛機車脫逃，前後不到一分鐘。

他與警方交手多次，熟悉警方辦案技巧，鮮少使用手機避免追查。警方掌握他案發後曾搭乘計程車逃逸，目前已經鎖定幾處他可能落腳處，近日內將全力緝捕他到案。
