超沒公德心！　雞鵝屍體丟到海邊去

有民眾到大城鄉海邊，發現瀰漫雞、鵝的屍體，有些已經出現腐爛情況，不但汙染環境，十分噁心，還可能造成疫情擴散，懷疑是有人想隱匿疫情，亂棄屍體，直呼超沒公德心。

彰化縣動物防疫所所長董孟治表示，亂棄屍體，依動物傳染病防治條例，可處5萬元以上20萬元以下罰緩，如因此致疫情擴散，可處3年以下有期徒刑，併科1百萬元以下罰金，動防所將主動追查，確保疫情不會擴散。(詹智淵╱彰化報導）
