殉職警消頭七　業者3兄弟交保境管

新屋保齡球館惡火釀成6名警消殉職，桃園地檢署連日來傳喚、會勘、複驗及調閱相關資料後，今天傳喚業者劉得斌兄弟等3人，訊後初步認為涉嫌《刑法》 173條2項失火罪（未來依偵查情形，不排除其他偵辦罪名與方向），以有逃亡之虞之事由，將劉得斌（41歲，保齡球館負責人）交保100萬元、劉得添（46 歲，球館產權人）交保50萬元、劉得源（47歲，球館員工即機電保養維修者），交保50萬元，3人均境管。（張沛森／桃園報導）
