浮動IP與固定IP上網問題

這陣子電腦(TOSHIBA L850)發生了一個問題~
學校使用的固定IP竟然連線能力受限!!!!!!
之前還可以用的說~拿回家用浮動IP可以連線

在前一陣子還可以用學校的固定IP
重灌過也恢復不了~IP,DNS,預設..也都打對,網卡恢復原廠也不行
網路孔跟網路線都沒壞~別人都可以連...為什麼我不行(((翻

送修站說沒有問題QQ((可是他是浮動IP啊!!!!

不知道是什麼問題勒?!

P.S.用手機WIFI 可以連, 現在用USB網卡會斷斷續續,快飆血壓了!!...
