佛像可以放在佛框裡嗎?

我是一貫道信徒,家裡設有佛堂,當初為ㄌ怕佛像沾到灰塵或油煙,會顯示不莊嚴,特地訂做個玻璃佛框,前方玻璃也未開洞,將佛像放在裡面!近日有請老師到家裡安公媽龕,老師說:佛像本來就是要享受人間香火,才會靈驗?建議我將佛框拿掉,我去一般ㄉ寺廟及家裡有佛像ㄉ朋友家他們ㄉ佛像都沒有放在佛框裡,如果有前方ㄉ玻璃也會開個洞!請問這有差別嗎?
