請問關於廚房學徒

因為在找工作. 看到了一間是屬於吃尾牙但不算非常大間的餐廳在徵廚房學徒.本人雖然做了很久的餐飲.但都是只能容納30人的小店. 做的事情也只是點餐端餐洗碗打烊後的打掃 .

我在家並不懂得料理 . 切菜也不清楚正確的方式
我想知道像那尾牙餐廳的廚房學徒 . 真正是在做甚麼樣的動作呢?

學徒的新資會很少嘛?
