民進黨前主席施明德提出負數票，遭藍綠立委砲轟，民進黨立委更批他黑心油吃太多，頭腦不好了，施明德上午表示：「我真希望早點讓我變成阿茲海默症患者，這樣就看不到民進黨執政後的種種，就不會受苦了」。
