退將當共諜國防部籲重國家利益

前海軍中將副司令柯政盛違反國家安全法遭判刑1年2月定讞；國防部發言人羅紹和今天說，尊重司法判決，呼籲後備軍人要以國家安全和利益為重，不要有任何對不起或傷害國家行為。

柯政盛退役後被中國大陸吸收，居中想引介台灣將領給中國大陸。最高法院判處柯政盛1年2月徒刑定讞。
