螢幕保護貼要怎麼貼才好?

我的筆電是 acer E15
這幾天有想要買螢幕保護貼跟鍵盤的保護膜
有幾個問題想要一併詢問
1.螢幕保護貼要怎麼貼才不會有泡泡的產生?
(就是怕傷螢幕還有很煩人經常要擦拭的灰塵)
2.會因為有了鍵盤保護膜，而導致電腦合起來的時候，有沾黏的痕跡在螢幕上?
