女騎士控訴，潘男將她攔下，對她言語性騷擾，還摸她胸部、臀部，甚至偷走她的包包，告他涉性騷擾、竊盜等罪。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，潘男供稱，他與女子坐在各自的機車上聊天，沒有偷摸對方，也沒有言語性騷擾，更不可能偷對方包包。檢警調閱監視器畫面，發現2人將機車停在路邊27分鐘，未拍到潘男竊取女子手提袋畫面。新北地檢署認為，女子與潘男在路邊交談了27分鐘，兩人還交換LINE帳號，認定潘男罪嫌不足，將他不起訴。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
